Hollow Ponds Mural at Whipps Cross Hospital
Commissioned by Vital Arts, the mural was a collaboration with Waltham Forest residents and Whipps Cross Hospital staff and volunteers.
The mural spans 57 metres and reimagines the nearby Hollow Ponds to create a vista that draws in natural flora and fauna chosen Waltham Forest residents. The design draws from a series of workshops with nature experts Tindersticks, who work with the local community to explore and connect with nature.
